Southeast Asian Press Alliance (SEAPA), in cooperation with its Phnom Penh based partner the Cambodian Center for Independent Media CCIM, is organising a series of Town Hall Meetings and Journalists Trainings taking place in Phnom Penh and Mundulkiri provinces, from July 11th to 15th, 2013.
